What's in the Box

With the AFCO Direct Fit aluminum radiators you can use the same tools to install your new radiator as you did to remove the old one. These radiators were designed for a drop-in direct fit into the 1966 and 1967 Chevelle/Malibu V8 with no modifications needed. Has enough cooling capacity to handle high performance Big Blocks & Small Blocks.

This aluminum crossflow radiator is designed for the 1966-67 Chevy Chevelle/Malibu and 1966-70 Impala. They are all welded construction and include a built-in transmission cooler.

AFCO 1966-67 Chevelle LS Swap Aluminum Radiator

These LS conversion radiators are built with the correct inlet and outlet required for the engine swap. They are 100% TIG welded, 100% pressure tested and use no epoxy or sealers. These double pass radiators were designed for the rigors of racing, but we added the mounts to allow their superior design on the street. After all, there are more important things to be doing than installing your radiator - like enjoying your car on the road!
