These downflow aluminum radiators are for you guys that are building something a little different. They work great in many '30s, '40s & '50s medium width nose vehicles (be sure to measure before you order).

  • Built-in 7-plate automatic transmission cooler
  • Centered filler neck w/ hose nipple
  • 2 rows of 1" tubes 
  • Choose LH or RH inlet/outlet

Measurements are overall: 

  • 19-3/4" wide
  • 27" tall to the top of the tank
  • 28" tall overall (from the bottom to the top of the filler neck)
  • 2-1/4" thick
  • Top neck is 1-1/2" O.D.
  • Lower neck is 1-3/4" O.D.
  • Trans Cooler ports:  5/16" inverted flare
  • Core measures 18” wide x 22-1/4” tall

I was so impressed I bought a second

I bought my first radiator for my Crusty Cruiser 1941 Chevy pickup sitting on a 1991 Isuzu frame with small block Chevy 350 for power. I had to move the radiator in front of the core support, it was a tight fit but has worked exceptionally well for over a year now. I bought a second radiator for my next project which is also a 1941 Chevy ton and a half truck Cab that I have put onto a 1993 Isuzu Trooper Chassis.

Have not installed at this time. Packaged very well, well protected. Looks like perfect fit for 1940 chevy super-charged 350. Very well built, quality materials, good welds. Top tank will polish very nice.
