The high pressure line is 24" long and features inverted flare fittings on both ends. One being 5/8"-18 and the other end being 11/16"-18 The return hose also features an inverted flare 5/8"-18 fitting and is 25" long. Simply cut return line to desired length, slip on pump barb and clamp in place.

How is the pressure line custom? can the fittings be rotated for the proper angle?

These are the base power steering hoses and an economical option to the braided stainless kits we offer. The pressure hose has inverted flare fittings at each end and the hose will rotate 360 degrees before tightening the thread nut. The return line will need to be cut to your desired length and also has an inverted flare fitting on the gear box end.

Are both ends of the high pressure line a 90 deg angle on the bends? If different which end fits the Pump and which end fits the gear box? Is the rubber hose 24 inches or is it measured from the very ends of the fittings?

The pump end of the pressure line is at 45 degrees and both lines are 90 degree at the gear box. Pressure line is 24” overall and the return is 25” and can be shortened as needed.
