Great Seat Frames!

By Stewart from Salem, Oregon on 4/29/2010
Pros:
Clean appearance, Great price, Perfect height
Cons:
none
Best Uses:
Bomber style seats
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I bought these seat frames to mount my bomber style upholstered seats in my 1936 International Pickup Hot Rod. They are the perfect size and height. An added bonus is the storage space created under the seats. We don't have a glove box or anything, and having storage space under each seat is really appreciated. The frames are made really well, and I highly recommend them!

Used for a bench seat - worked fine

By Russ from Marcellus, NY on 6/10/2010
Pros:
Adaptable
Cons:
Could be LOWER
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I used this to mount a bench seat in my street rod and it is working fine after alterations. I used the mounting brackets and "slider" with this mount and cut the mount in half. Added two 36" 5/8" OD rods and it works fine for my Caravan middle bench seat. Now I have a seat that will adjust for and aft so my wife can drive the rod also. Thanks!!

Universal seat mounts

By Ross ,kit car novice, from Asheville, NC on 7/17/2010
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The mounts required alot of measuring to position the fiber glass seat but bolted up well. My problem was that they positioned the seat too high for the steering wheel. I ended up using only the slider which used the same bolt holes. The slider works well. Speedway Motors has the most complete selection of parts, best pricing [...]

By Karl from Humble, Texas on 5/19/2011
Pros:
Attractive Design, Functional
Car & Truck:
Auto Enthusiast
Best Uses:
Customizing The Interior
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

While the seat frame was not exactly what I needed it was easy to modify and turned out looking better than anything else I had found. This is by far the best seat frame out there at this time.
