What's in the Box

At one time or another we all have had a car overheat. The Ultimate Cooling Machine fan/shroud combos are just the ticket to avoid having it happen again. These 2500 CFM pull-type fans measure 2-5/8" deep at the motor, 2-3/8" at the mounting brackets and 1-1/2" at the high impact shroud.

Notes

  1. This fan has two speeds. It has two positive wires going to the motor, one is gray and one is white. If both recieve 12 volts, the fan will be on high speed. If only one recieves 12 volts, the fan will be on low speed. The black wire is ground.
  2. These fans draw 60+ amps on initial startup and have an operating amperage draw of 16-22 amps. Due to the high amperage these fans pull on initial startup, we highly recommend using 70 amp fan relays 910-51000 or 910-50051.

I can idle for hours!

This fan not only cools my engine very well, but it fit into a very tight space that no other fan would fit. I struggled to find a fan and shroud I could make work, and I'm glad I found this setup.

This fan kit really does the job!

Easily keeps my '65 Bonneville (389 V8) cool even when cruisin' at "walking speed" for hours on hot summer days - and nights. And it's not noisy at all. Super quality feel.

This fan is 26" wide x 18 5/16" high. It can be easily trimmed down to 23" wide x 18" high. Measure the space you have available on your Impala to determine fit. This is mounted by attaching the flange that runs around the perimeter of the shroud to the radiator or to the radiator support. This a universal item and each installation will be a little different.

The style 90 with offset fan is not trimmable to your needs. The style 50 could be trimmed to meet the 18x22 inch core and can lay rotated 90 degrees. The motor does not have a top and bottom and all these Ultimate Cooling Machine fans are set up as pullers.

This fan/shroud assembly measures app.26" wide(it could be narrowed to app.23") and 18" tall at the center. This is a very slim unit, measuring only 2-5/8" thick from front to back.
