Q:
Does anyone know how to adjust these lites on the car? I have a set on my t/bucket on frame stands but they may be an earlier type. The mounting edge is beveled. The right is sloppy and keeps moving around, no-one has been able to figure out how to secure it short of a weld. I obviously don`t want to do that. The wiring is in the frame. If you can recommend some one or some way it would be great. Help!!!!!

Answer this question
A:
These headlights are retained and adjusted by the through bolt that goes from inside the headlight, through the mounting cup, and then through the fender or mounting bracket. By loosening the adjusting bolt the headlight rotates side to side and up and down via the slot in the headlight and mounting cup. Once in proper alignment the mounting bolt nut is securely tightened. If the light itself is loose in the chrome housing you may have to use some shim material between the light and the chrome housing/bucket and then re attach the retainer ring or bezel.
Q:
could i use this light without the chrome housing and installed into a standard 7" housing?

Answer this question
A:
Part # 91101004
The light portion of this kit could be removed and used in another headlight assembly accepting the standard 6014 style seal beam or halogen beam. With variations in the housing and the bezel or retaining ring there may be the need to remove some of the plastic light material in order for the bezel to seat properly on the housing.
Q:
Do the lights come with a 6 volt halogen bulb?
