    The studs included are 1" long installed. Underside of "T" to base is 4 9/16".

Premium chrome plating and classic styling make these hold downs the first choice of rodders everywhere! Threads are extra-long to accomodate nearly any combination of valve cover, clamps and gasket thickness. Just cut off to length you need.

Wing nuts have 1/4" coarse threads.

it helps me to remove the valve covers without the use of another tool. but dont forget if you have a ford to get the longer one for the top.
