What's in the Box

This car cover is the perfect solution to the occasional flash rain storm or for safely storing your T-Bucket for the winter. This car cover is made exclusively for Speedway Motors by California Car Cover Co. featuring Kimberly Clark's highly water resistant NOAH® material, which is perfect for indoor or outdoor use.

This car cover works with 1923 T-Bucket bodies only without roadster tops.

  • Guaranteed to never scratch
  • Elastic tensioners are sewn-in front and rear to facilitate a snug fit
  • Fabrics are precision-cut on computer-controlled equipment for optimum fit
  • Provisions for cable locks for added security
  • Extra wide 60" material used to reduce the number of seams required
  • Seams are overlapped and double-stitched for optimum seal and durability
  • Materials are tightly woven to prevent shrinkage from wet/dry cycles

Notes

This cover should work nice on 96 “ to 106 “ wheelbase T buckets with a rear tire that is somewhere around 235 / 70 if using super wide tires on the rear like what your seeing on and in the picture of our yellow T bucket the cover will cover about half of the tire.

"No Top" means this cover will not fit a car that has a top on it. It will fit up to a 20" tall windshield.

Very Poor Fit

June 19, 2013
I am very disappointed with the fit of the cover especially on the rear portion of the car. The cover is too short to fully cover the trunk area and will not stay in place even when it is not pulled over the rear tires. The cover was apparently previous used and returned because it was very dirty right out of the packaging. The two grommets, one on either site, is not nearly enough to secure the cover on the car during a rain shower. If used indorrs, the cover will work fine for a dust cover.
Pros:
  • Light Weight
Cons:
  • Poor Fit
No, I would not recommend this product.

Great protection for your T Bucket

February 28, 2013
This is a good dust cover to use while the car is stored inside, or as a temporary storm cover if you get rained on at an event. As stated in the description, if you have large rear tires (most T Buckets do) it will only come down about halfway over the rear tires. I wish Speedway would add about 18 inches of fabric to the back end of the cover so your pumpkin wouldn't be so exposed! Our car has a 14 inch windshield, channeled body, 10 inch reversed wheels with P275-60-R15 tires. The cover slips off of the rear tires and will have to be tied down on the back end. With a 20 inch windshield or an un-channeled body the cover would not be satisfactory. If you have any side mirrors or wind deflectors you will have to remove them or cut a slit in the cover. Keep it away from hot exhaust as it melts easily. I disovered this the hard way and have a few holes in my new cover. The headers don't have to be smokin hot to melt it, just warmed up a bit. It's still a godd option if you don't want to spend $700 on a custom cover.
Pros:
  • Priced right
  • Good Quality
Cons:
  • melts easily
  • too short over the rear tires
Yes, I recommend this product.

What does the descrption wording mean when it says- "No Top fits up to a 20" windshield"? Does this mean only a 20" high winshield will fit or none of your tops fit a 20" winshield or is this just a Typo? My TBucket has the typical Double Stack Winshield

You can not have any type of top on the car such as a fabric top and bows. You would have to remove the top to use the cover. My car has a 14 inch windshield and it works fine, but with a 20 inch windshield and big tires on the back it will be pretty short at the back tires.
