Cons:
Won't fit the bucket rear
Best Uses:

Pay attention to the flanges that are added for mounting. I "assumed" they would fit the rear of the car, but was wrong. Couldn't find from what reference they measured the "20 in pick up box" and just assumed I had one. Wrong. I have 12 3/4 from the back of the seat housing to the front of the box with a wider lower area. Not going to fit. Too good of a tank to send back. Modification time!

Customer Service Response

These tanks are designed to bolt directly to Speedway '23 T-bucket frames & bodies. If used on other applications, modification may be required.

don't believe the spec sheet enclosed

Enclosed sheet states that all fittings are 3/8 in NPT fittings....wrong. The rollover valve is 1/4 in NPT and the fuel output connector is certainly not as stated. After 2 trips and returns to the local national auto parts store I took the tank to my local auto parts/machine shop. Well, the thread is 9/16 standard bolt thread on the fuel outlet...yeah. Rigged it with a hydraulic coupler compression fitting with hose attached and away we go. Hope this saves someone time and frustration of fitting the fuel line to this puppy.

Q:

I recently purchased this tank and need to extend the filler. What thread size is the filler neck? Thanks

Q:

is the orientation of the tank such that the L bracket mounts to the front or to the rear of the car. I couldn't find any instructions to reference. This determines what side the fuel outlet is accessed. I assume the outlet would be to the passenger side closest to the fuel pump.
