                                                        It's pretty silly to use plain old steel double d shaft with those shiny stainless steel u-joints. We offer this polished stainless steel double D shaft in 18", 22" and 36" cut to fit lengths. 
                                                    
						                        

							                        

                                                        3/4" heim for steering shaft.  Has .757 ball hole. Slides right over standard 3/4" steering shaft. 3/4" NF right hand threads. These polished stainless steel U-joints look great and use a pinch bolt on each end for easy installation.
The OD is 1.650" (41.90mm)  
 3-3/4" in total length
This universal joints size is 5/8"-36 count spline by 3/4" DD  Shaft. It is the common size for the Vega style steering box.

NOTE:  These u-joints contain a safety feature that requires the DD steering shaft to be notched for pinch bolt clearance. Once notched, the pinch bolt MUST be torqued to 45 ft/lbs to ensure a tight fit.
