What's in the Box

Info

Achieve a smoother, more comfortable ride with Speedway Super Glide™ T-bucket front leaf springs. The ends of the spring leaves of a Super Glide™ spring have a unique nylon button which works as a dry lubricant to significantly reduce leaf-to-leaf friction. This allows the spring to move more easily, thereby giving a softer, quieter ride.

Four-leaf design with reverse spring eyes for a 1" drop compared to standard eyes. Bare steel finish.

what axle width can be used with this spring? what front axle will work with this application? according to your chart for measuring for a spring, it is perch center to perch center on the axle plus 5". does this mean i need to look for an axle that has perch distance at 31"? what would the axle part number be for this axle? if not, what is the correct spring and axle combo for a T- Bucket application.

The 26” springs such as number 91033032 are commonly used on spring behind applications for the “Suicide” front ends. Part # 91335107 or 91335111 are a couple of examples of axles and Speedway also offers complete front ends such as number 91339006 or 91339010. These are also available in chrome or stainless if so desired. Another option for a 26” spring is an axle kit such as number 91339005 but these are not commonly used for a T bucket.

The spring in the kit should handle an overall vehicle weight of 2500 pounds and very few customers are having to add a leaf for the T bucker or roadster style hot rods. The T bucket kits offered by Speedway and equipped with a small block are weighing in around 1600 pounds with plenty of room for the additional weight of a big block if used.
