What's in the Box

Stainless steel spring clamps to keep your front cross spring in alignment. Works with all brands of leaf springs.

To determine which spring clamp will fit your application, use a tape measure, ruler or caliper to measure the width of the main spring leaf (not length of leaf or leaf thickness) and order the spring clamps for that width. Most early Ford coupes and roadsters (and universal aftermarket replacement front ends for these types of vehicles) use a 1-3/4" wide spring.

  • Stainless steel
  • Hex head - 7/16" Wrench
  • 1/4"-10 thread pitch
  • Under-head bolt length - 2.45" long
  • For 1-3/4" wide leaf spring
  • Works with all brands of leaf springs

These are great quality, and polished finish, and have a stainless steel bolt and nylock style nut. To those who could not get them to fit, you need to put a clamp on the spring leafs to bring them together, and the bolts go in just fine.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I'd buy again

March 05, 2011
If you have springs with plastic spacers then you'll need to remove one on each side so the stainless alignment tab will drop down securely. This also is necessary to permit the bolt to align properly. Not hard but I had to loose my springs to get the plastic spacers out. Had to realign front end also. A necessary evil. If you need'em buy'em.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Sorry, we only offer the stainless spring clamps in different widths(1-3/4", 2" & 2-1/4"), not different lengths.
