Nose piece measures 24" high, 23-1/2" wide and 23-1/2" deep. Fiberglass construction. Use with Sprint Style cast aluminum grille.
This product is usually in stock. However, if it is not, please allow three to four weeks for delivery.
The thin gelcoat will create some additional work, but the overall piece is strong and should hold its shape and perform its intended use.

Is there a plastic grill that fits the nose listed and how much does it cost. The aluminum grill puts this item out of reach for me.

The only grille option available on this Track T nose is the aluminum grille part number 91651302. Other options would be up to the builder for fabrication.
