What's in the Box

If you thought all T-buckets were the same, think again! The all-new Speedway Motors Tribute T breaks the T-bucket mold. It offers the traditional look of classic competition-influenced roadsters combined with modern components and refined engineering. All this in a comfortable package that's easy to assemble using basic hand tools.  

This interior panel kit includes left and right side panels along with a rear panel. All three panels are wrapped in an attractive faux carbon fiber black vinyl. Panels have Velcro pre-installed which is used to secure them to a pre-cut wood frame kit which you must bond to the body. 

A special floor allows the Tribute T body to sit a low as possible, while still providing room for our Bomber Seats with cushions, or most any seat of your design.

If you thought all T-buckets were the same, think again! The all-new Speedway Motors Tribute T breaks the T-bucket mold. It offers the traditional look of classic, competition-influenced roadsters combined with modern components and refined engineering. All this in a comfortable package that's easy to assemble using basic hand tools.

The Tribute T frame has an extra-high rear kickup and Model A rear crossmember that will accept our medium-arch rear leaf spring. Rear axle options include our bolt-on Winters quick-change kit 7151801, bolt-on 9" Ford rear axle option 7151809, or a Ford-style banjo rear end of your choice (must be a centered-pinion rear axle). The front suspension uses a 4 inch drop I-beam axle, wishbone-style radius rods and traditional steering with a reversed Corvair steering box. All suspension, steering and brake pedal brackets are pre-welded to the frame and you can choose from flathead Ford V8 or small-block Chevy engine mounts. A special floor allows the Tribute T body to sit a low as possible, while still providing room for our Bomber Seats or cushions of your design.

Speedway Tribute T-Bucket Frame Only
                        

The Tribute T frame has an extra-high kickup and Model A rear crossmember that will accept our medium-arch rear spring and a Winters quick-change or Ford-style banjo rear end (must be a centered-pinion rear axle). The front end is set up to use a 4 inch drop I-beam axle, wishbone-style radius rods and traditional steering with a reversed Corvair steering box.

All suspension, steering and brake pedal brackets are pre-welded to the frame and you can choose from Flathead Ford V8 or small-block Chevy engine mounts. All suspension & steering componenets are sold separately.

Finish off your Tribute T-bucket kit with this specifically-engineered rear axle and suspension kit. To accommodate the centered-pinion Winters Nostalgia V8 Quick Change rear axle, the Tribute T frame features an extra-high rear kick-up and Model A rear crossmember. All suspension mounting brackets (both frame and axle) are fully welded, making this rear axle option a complete bolt-on addition to the Tribute T.

Speedway Aluminum Hot Rod Bomber Seat
                        Hand formed from .090" aluminum, this aircraft bomber style seat has a 20 degree lay-back design for increased comfort. Seat measures 16" wide and 21" tall. Measures 4-1/8" from the top of the side rail to the bottom of the seat.

Note: Seat mounting brackets are sold separately. They allow for approximately 6" of adjustment. No mounting holes have been drilled due to the unlimited number of possible combinations.
