These S/B Chevy tight fit headers fit difficult applications where space is limited. Shorty headers have a 1-1/2" primary with 2-1/2" collector. Complete with reducers, gaskets, and bolts. 
For "round" port small block Chevy cylinder heads. Will NOT fit angled plug heads. 
Drivers side collector is 2" from pan rail
Passenger side collector is 1/2" from pan rail

If you are lucky enough to have a GM small block crate motor with D-port heads (FastBurn, ZZ4, etc.) you will find that regular headers just don't work. These block hugger headers were specifically designed for these heads. Features 1-5/8" primary tubes and 2-1/2" collectors with 2" reducers. Includes bolts and gaskets. These shorty headers have a tight-tuck design for narrow frame rails to make difficult installations easy.

The most universal shorty header just got better! Now made of durable stainless steel, these tight-fit headers feature a heavy duty 3/8" thick flange to minimize warpage with 1-5/8" diameter primary tubes and 2-1/2" diameter collectors. Block hugger headers are ideal for street rod engine swaps and can make tight installations easy. They tuck in close to the engine block to provide clearance for frame rails, steering boxes and motor mounts, but please see dimension chart to verify fit for your application.
The head flange features tall oval ports, so they will fit a variety of small block Chevy cylinder heads (EXCEPT angle plug heads). The collectors exit parallel with the oil pan rail to provide maximum ground clearance. Headers include gaskets, collector reducers with a 2" diameter outlet, and stainless steel installation hardware.

NOTE: Stainless header tubing  when exposed to exhaust temperature will cause the finish to change  color which will vary with the exhaust temperature. Please note that the  finish of the header when the engine is started, will change to a light  champagne color to a darker gold finish and in some instance may even  turn dark blue or purple. This can be polished back out when utilizing  Blue-away or Simi-chrome polish, but please note that when the headers  reach running temperature again, they will immediately change color.

Chrome Warning: Due to a revised chroming process  brought  on by recent EPA regulations and high labor costs, today's  chrome is  not the quality of days gone by. Be Aware: Exhaust  components  which are chrome plated are now much more susceptible to  blueing,  blistering, peeling & corrosion. No warranty or returns on  chrome  exhaust items once them have been installed.
