What size are the bolts thaat hold thr 4 bars ?

These are ½ 20 bolts by 2 ½ long.

Can the rods threaded so they can be cut shorter for a tight installation?

On our four bar kit part # 91649050 it is possible to shorten the bars and rethread them. You would need to drill the inside of the tube to the right diameter for the tap and then have a 5/8"-18 RH tap to cut the new threads into the tube.

Is the rear end bracket's for a 3" housing?

(part number 91649050) Yes the rearend brackets are for a 3" axle tube.

od of the tube is .8775 the wall thickness is .1500
