Each Speedway hot rod shifter boot kit includes a black vinyl boot, polished stainless base ring and stainless screws.

Base ring has 4" inside diameter and 5" outside diameter.

Was just what I needed.

Tight fit at top
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Looks good in my street rod. Could be a bit wider opening at the top of the shifter end. Lucky I wanted black but would have purchased a dark gray if it had been available.

Nice boot

Wish you could buy just the rings and not the boot as I used boots made from my interior material

nice ring

Vinyl is cheap looking
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I replaced the vinyl with leather. It only took about 20 minutes to sew by hand.
