Each Speedway floor mount emergency brake boot kit includes a black naugahyde boot, polished stainless base ring and stainless screws. Base ring is 6.25" x 2.5" outside diameter and 5.25" x 1.5" inside diameter.

ring fit well the boot falls short

Fit the brake and ring, The boot is to short to

I would just buy the ring you will get a better fit doing your own boot.
