Speedway spindles are a one piece, drop forged design constructed of high strength 4140 steel, which makes them superior to original components. These spindles are modeled after the 1937-41 round-back design and use 1937-41 Ford king pins. For Ford axles from '28-'48 and will not work with hubs from '28-'36.

Available with Standard or Deluxe kingpins. Deluxe kingpins feature modern needle bearing inserts that replace the standard brass bushings and are ideal for use on heavier street rods that require superior strength, better lubrication and easier steering. Spindles can be used with period correct drum brakes or modern Speedway Motors disc brakes.

They worked great on my 27 roadster! This was my first build, and these parts as well as many others from speedway made it a breeze!

I have a 1940 ford pickup axle that i plan on using to build my street rod and I'm wondering if there's a difference in car and pickup spindle sizes? Thanks

For a 1940 Ford F1 (1/2 ton only), the spindles are the same as the passenger car spindles. If you have a factory F1 spindle, it will go on any axle that our 28-48 Ford spindles will take, and our spindles would fit your axle. This does not apply to anything bigger than a 1/2 ton pickup.

Part # 91032104 These spindles and king pins will go right on your 1934 Ford front axle. Main thing of concern is the bolt pattern for the steering arms and related components. Bolt pattern of the 4 bolt holes for the backing plates and steering arms is 3 1/16” center to center on the 29-36 spindles and 3 3/8” on the 37 thru 49. The new aftermarket spindles are the later 3 3/8” pattern. If wanting a stock replacement you may want to check with a restoration supplier for availability.

Will this spindles fit a 1952 F1 pick up`s front axle?

Part # 91032104 These spindles work only on the 1928-48 Ford passenger car axles. The axle boss dimensions and camber angle is different on the 52 Ford pickup.
