If you're running 1987-up centerbolt heads on your S/B Chevy, you know how hard it is to find valve covers to clear your rocker arms. These polished aluminum covers are 3-3/4" tall. Has two 1-3/8" x 2-3/4" tall baffled breather tubes on one side for oval track racing.

Bolts not included. Will not clear stud girdles.

these covers work great for racing with stud girdles if you machine the center supports to clear the girdles. THEY DO NOT COME WITH BOLTS ANYMORE. the first set i purchased did have bolts. The last two sets did not. I always used the high quality stainless bolts they used to sell, but these have been replaced by crome plated junk that strip out after a couple of uses.

Customer Service Response

All chrome plated bolt threads MUST be chased with a die to clean and prep the threads prior to installation.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Love the revision from the old ones . Breather Tubes are now welded on the inside so they dont spin or leak anymore love it. Dresses engine up nice and works great at the track.

I run these valve covers on my street stock motor on dirt. look great and are very easy to install. only thing i wish is that they came with the actual bolts. other than that, i am very satisfied.
