Save money by welding and assembling your own headers! These small block Chevy header kits will work for many racing and rodding applications. It includes everything you need to assemble a pair of high-quality headers: eight mandrel-bent primary tubes, two pre-formed collectors, two extra-thick standard-port flanges, two gaskets, and 12 header bolts.

Designed for the seasoned, hands-on enthusiast, this kit will require some cutting, fitting and welding.

  • Thick 5/16" steel flanges
  • Mandrel-bent 18-gauge mild steel tubing
  • Pre-formed 4-into-1 collectors
  • 8" length from longest to tube flange to bend
  • 5" length from shortest tube flnge to the bend
  • 1-5/8” primary tubes
  • 3” collectors

Good Header Kit

Best Uses:
On a Small Block Chevy
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Good quality tubing, smooth mandrel bends, no burrs on tubing, sized correctly

Service & Delivery comments:

Shipped the next day (I ordered after 10 PM) Arrived when it was promised - no problems, all pieces include and both boxes in the shipment

Hello, I have a header dimension question. Is header kit # 930sk158, "B" dimension, the same as part number 930cer100, which is 13.75 inches? Thanks, Gary Baker
