                Finally an all new V-8 quick change that has steel side bells and tubes that accept modern axles. They are available in either plain finish or a polished center section that includes stainless steel fasteners. These rear ends are 56" from hub to hub and have both 5 on 4 1/2" and 5 on 4 3/4" bolt patterns. They accept the new style big Ford brakes with a 2 1/2" offset and the standard Spicer 1310 Chevy 3-1/4" u-joint. The 3.78 ring and pinion is mounted on a wedgelock differential and accepts common 6 spline quick change gears.

    These ring & pinion sets fit 1935-1948 passenger cars or 1935-1941 Ford 1/2 ton pick-ups (no 3/4 ton or larger). All gear sets are direct replacements for stock, non-quickchange Ford banjo rear axles. 6-spline input.

    • Does not fit 3/4 ton or larger

    Our new early Ford car banjo rear end hubs are of the 1940 design which was of the slip-over drum configuration. Studs come installed on a 5 on 5-1/2" bolt circle. Rear hubs are keyed for the stock axles and include the bearing race, seal and lock ring. 

    Note: This hub does NOT include a rear wheel bearing (sold separately, 912-68125).

    Our new front early Ford car hubs are of the 1940 design which was of the slip-over drum configuration (brake drum mounts to the "front" side of the hub). Studs are installed on a 5 on 5-1/2" bolt circle. Hubs have bearing races installed and include a dust cap.

    Note: This hub does NOT include bearings and seals (sold separately in kit 910-65455).
