                AFCO swaged steel tubes are formed using .065" wall DOM material.  This tubing is placed in a swaging machine that forms the reduced end size using a series of hammer to die blows.  The finished product has reduced ends and the wall thickness stays within +/- .001".  No stretching or crimping is used to produce an AFCO swaged tube.  You can't buy a better-built tube for strength and weight savings.

    Lots of new trickery on these new dual bearing spring sliders. Wehrs uses a linear ball shaft bearing instead of bronze bushing along with a shaft stabilizing internal piston for the smoothest and most stable slider on the market. The spring cup opposite the adjusting nut is quickly removed with a clip, so you don’t have to unscrew the nut to remove the spring. Also a four position locking mechanism for fine tuning. Wehrs put a Torrington bearing on the adjuster nut so you can adjust it easily and so the spring works freely throughout its travel. The length is on this slider is 26” extended.

    These rod end seals are a neoprene rubber seal bonded to an aircraft quality washer. Extends the life of your rod ends by keeping the dirt, debris and moisture out of the spherical ball. They fit on both sides of the ball end of the heim joint and are sized to match the hole in the spherical ball.  

    For use with standard and Pro 1 Series rod end only. Sold in sets of six, which will cover both sides of three rod ends.

    Insist on 6061-T6 drawn tubing for strength, durability, and precise fit.  Extruded tubing looks similar, but it is not as strong or durable.  Extruded parts are prone to failure, while drawn parts keep performing.  Drawn material offers the same strength as hex without the additional weight.

    These front radius rods are ideal for smaller or full-fendered cars. Rugged, 7/8" O.D. brushed stainless steel tubing is threaded 5/8"-18 NF right hand at each end.

    Designed to be used with batwings or axle brackets with a 5" center to center bolt hole spacing on front tube or I-beam axles only. Not to be used for rear suspensions. Before installing the heim joints or clevis ends, the actual measurement will be center to center 4-1/2". The angle of the tube will increase the measurement to 5" after installing the end hardware.

    Steel roller bearing birdcages have a split plate design to allow for repairs without removing the entire hub. Standard model comes with angled shock drop with a no bind swivel. Bottom hole is 4-1/2” down from centerline of housing and top is 4-1/2” up but features multiple holes to change the rate at which the birdcage indexes. Also allows for various shock and spring mounting locations for ultimate turn ability.
