If you don't want to spend an arm and a leg on a rear disc brake kit and still have to weld the bracket on, we've got you covered. This kit includes bolt-on caliper brackets, 11-1/4" vented rotors, '78-'88 GM emergency brake calipers, brake pads and hardware.

  • Fits both 5 on 4-1/2" and 5 on 4-3/4" bolt circles
  • For Ford passenger car axles ONLY 
  • Fits axle with maximum flange diameter of 6-1/4" O.D.
  • For 15" and larger wheel applications ONLY

NOTE: This bolt on brake kit is designed to be used on 8" and 9" housings using 3/8" retaining bolts. If you want to use it on a 9" housing with 1/2" bolts, you will need to use the 3/8" hardware to do so. Fits "old" and "new" style big bearing (3.150" bearing O.D.) Ford housings and with axle offsets of a minimum 2-3/8" to 2-1/2".

Designed for a clean and simple install onto Model T, Model A, and 1932 Ford frame. The included 1" bore remanufactured master cylinder is suitable for 4-wheel disc or disc/drum brake setups. The outlet ports are 3/8"-24 IFF. The bracket can be bolted or welded to the left frame rail (boxed or stock).

Kit includes a dual feed master cylinder, frame bracket, and a steel pedal arm w/ pad that can be easily modified for driver comfort.

Note: Will NOT work in conjunction with the factory clutch pedal. Intended for use with an Automatic Transmission.

These stock replacement single piston Metric calipers were standard equipment on 1978-88 GM mid-size cars (Cutlass, Grand Prix, Regals, Monte Carlo, etc.). They feature a 2.38" single piston, shielded bottom inlet, and will save 3-1/2 lbs. per side compared to mid-size 1969-1977 caliper.

    Racer Note: Master cylinder bores are built with close tolerances. Stroking the master cylinder dry can cause damage to the internal rubber seals causing leaks, soft pedal, and lack of pressure. Never clean a master cylinder with carburetor cleaner or similar products as they will cause seal damage.

    Racer Note: When rebuilding brake master cylinders and calipers, always lubricate internal parts with brake assembly fluid before installation.
    This will keep seals and o-rings from becoming damaged by dry cylinder walls and pistons.

Never clean a master cylinder with carburetor cleaner or similar products as they will cause seal damage.

    Racer Note: When rebuilding brake master cylinders and calipers, always lubricate internal parts with brake assembly fluid before installation.
    This will keep seals and o-rings from becoming damaged by dry cylinder walls and pistons.

    This Wilwood pedal/US Brake master cylinder assembly combines the brake and clutch pedals together in one unit and positions the master cylinders inside the firewall and away from engine heat. It features all aluminum frame and arm construction with steel pivots, mounting studs, and anti-skid pedal pads. Wilwood's clevis and pivot pin balance bar provide smooth and accurate settings of the brake pedal bias. It can be set and locked down with the jam nut, or attached to a remote cable for quick on-track adjustments.
