                Hot Stuff is more than just ordinary header paint. This space-age blend of stainless steel and ceramic compounds is the ideal coating for cast iron exhaust manifolds! It withstands 2400F° (manifolds rarely exceed 1200°F). Only minimal preparation is required. Easily applied with a small brush or a rag. Coating heat-cures by simply running the engine for 10 minutes. Leaves a durable, raw cast iron appearance.

    A 2 oz. container will do 2-4 exhaust manifolds on average. Not recommended for tube steel headers.

Nearly equal length step tube design just like the racers run gives you a wider powerband and more horsepower. The four bolt collecter flange is unique in that it needs to be used with the Dynatech® reducer cones. This gives you a leak free ball and socket connection that allows movement as the engine torques under acceleration.

    These full length, painted headers will bolt straight up to the Dynatech® MuscleMaxx dual exhaust kit.

    To finish off a clean and well-protected Exhaust Insulating Wrap application it is recommended to use the Hi-Heat Coating. The coating will protect the wrap from abrasion and harmful liquid spills. Extra resins and binders toughen the surface, extend the life of wrap by protecting it from friction, and seal the pores to minimize the penetration of harmful liquids.

    The coating also works excellent as a paint directy on metal surfaces.

    These headers are just the ticket for you B/B Chevy guys. They feature 2" primary tubes, 3-1/2" collectors, and must be used with original big block motor mounts to fit properly. Built with surface machined thick steel flanges for a great seal and mandrel bent mild steel tubing.

    Available with metallic ceramic coating. Unlike paint or chrome, metallic ceramic coating is easy to keep clean, resists rust and corrosion and will not discolor. Metallic ceramic coating also reduces underhood temperatures.

    Headers come with installation hardware, collector reducers, gaskets and instructions.

    This exhaust wrap by Design Engineering, Inc. is made from pulverized lava rock and can stand 1800 degrees directly or 2500 degrees indirectly. Perfect for those extreme conditions and you don't need to use any spray-on coatings with it. Resists abrasion for longer life.

    Works best on Stainless Steel headers.
