                This space-age blend of stainless steel and ceramic compounds is the ideal coating for cast iron exhaust manifolds! 

    It withstands 2400F° (manifolds rarely exceed 1200°F). Only minimal preparation is required. Easily applied with a small brush or a rag. Coating heat-cures by simply running the engine for 10 minutes. Leaves a durable, raw cast iron appearance.

    A 2 oz. container will do 2-4 manifolds on average.

    These AHC small-block Chevy tight fit headers are the most universal steel tube headers available. These performance headers fit difficult applications where space is limited. They are a favorite for street rods, as well as many 1950's and 1960's cars and vintage trucks. These ceramic coated headers provide superior performance and durability.

    Tight Tuck headers are the solution to many problems associated with engine swaps in modern street rods. Tight Tucks fit in the tightest of engine compartments and clear all stock motor mounts. Most headers are manufactured from durable 16-gauge tubing and comes complete with gaskets, header bolts and collector reducers.

    These "rams horn" cast iron manifolds were patterned off the 1962-63 327 Corvette but are not OEM remanufactured manifolds. They feature the big 2-1/2" diameter outlets and have provisions to accept original alternator type brackets.

    These headers are copies of the original headers on the 62-63 Corvettes and can be used on almost any small block application. The cast in brackets are for the water tank on the drivers side and generator bracket on the passenger side. These can be cut off and smoothed per customers preference. These are a square port configuration with 1-5/16” top to bottom and also side to side. Compare to your head port size for compatibility.

    These fender well headers provide the ultimate performance for 396-502 big block Chevy V8s in 1955-57 Chevy car applications. They kick up over the frame rail and exit just at the bottom of the cowl, which makes them perfect for Gasser-style rods and drag cars. Plus, these headers feature long primary tubes that help produce more horsepower and torque than shorter, more compact headers.

    These headers are not for the faint of heart since you must cut the inner fender panels to make them fit, and tire clearance can be a problem on some applications. They may require smaller front tires to avoid contact. The stock emergency brake rod must also be altered. Can be used with most oil filter systems or transmission and starter combinations. The headers are designed to be used with engines in the stock location, not lowered as many kits do, so all '55-'57 cars should check motor mount positioning before ordering.

    For years it seemed like installing a 289-302-351W Ford in your street rod was a far bigger challenge than using a small-block Chevy. One significant problem was finding compact shorty headers. Well, problem solved! These tight-fit headers are designed to hug tight against your small block Ford V8 and can make seemingly impossible installations much easier to tackle. 

    For factory style oval port heads. Will work with GT40P heads. Includes 2.5" collector reducers to 2.25" pipe, gaskets and bolts.

    • Must be used with 910-67210 (auto trans) or 910-9504 (3/8" throw manual trans) style mini starter or equivalent compact starter
    • We recommend motor mounts 270-2221 (Left) and 270-2220 (Right)
    • Left mount may need to be ground 1/4” to provide clearance for collector

    These long tube headers work with both automatic or manual transmissions in 1964-1989 Chevrolet chassis. Features 1-5/8" primary tubes, 3" collectors, and fits angled or straight plug S/B Chevy oval exhaust port heads. Built with surface machined thick steel flanges for a great seal and mandrel bent mild steel tubing. These headers are a chassis header and are meant to go inside of the frame rails on the 1965-1989 Chevrolet chassis.

    Headers come with installation hardware, collector reducers, gaskets and instructions.

    These Speedway headers allow you to keep the exhaust system under your '55-'57 Chevy car. The "3/4-length" design provides more ground clearance than full-length headers, yet makes more power than "shorty" style headers. These chassis headers fit 283-400 S/B Chevy V8s and has 1-5/8" primary tubes with 2-1/2" collectors. These ceramic coated headers provide superior performance and durability.

    • Mid-length design offers maximum ground clearance
    • Designed to work with stock or 605 power steering box
    • Fits cars using an original V-8 pitman arm (some aftermarket arms may cause an interference)
    • Will work with side engine mounts with engine in stock location
    • Fits standard and Vortec-style small-block Chevy heads (not D-port, LT-1 or ZZ-4)

    To finish off a clean and well-protected Exhaust Insulating Wrap application it is recommended to use the Hi-Heat Coating. The coating will protect the wrap from abrasion and harmful liquid spills. Extra resins and binders toughen the surface, extend the life of wrap by protecting it from friction, and seal the pores to minimize the penetration of harmful liquids.

    The coating also works excellent as a paint directy on metal surfaces.
