These proportioning valves are similar to what GM used on many cars in the 70s. They are non-adjustable and may require an adjustable valve in the rear brakes (if needed). Block incorporates metering (for front brakes) and proportioning (for rear brakes) into one unit. For use with four-wheel disc brake systems.

These Speedway headers allow you to keep the exhaust system under your '55-'57 Chevy car. The "3/4-length" design provides more ground clearance than full-length headers, yet makes more power than "shorty" style headers. These chassis headers fit 283-400 S/B Chevy V8s and has 1-5/8" primary tubes with 2-1/2" collectors.

(Please use the chart below to help with dimensions.) Drivers side A dimension is 3-1/2" up by the head and 5-5/8" at the collector, B dimension is 15", and C dimension is 21". Passenger side A dimension is 4" at the head and 6-5/8" at the collector, B is 15", and C is 21".

NOTE: Stainless header tubing when exposed to exhaust temperature will cause the finish to change color which will vary with the exhaust temperature. Please note that the finish of the header when the engine is started, will change to a light champagne color to a darker gold finish and in some instance may even turn dark blue or purple. This can be polished back out when utilizing Blue-away or Simi-chrome polish, but please note that when the headers reach running temperature again, they will immediately change color.

The Lokar 1955-1957 Chevy billet aluminum throttle assembly is designed to convert original rod linkage to Lokars modern throttle cable system. It is designed to mount in original firewall location with offset bezel washers to align cable through firewall. The arms are splined for fine adjustment and can be switched for right and left adjustment of the throttle pad. The throttle pad is spring-loaded like OEM design and measures 2" x 5".

This kit allows you to run your original automatic column with a GM 500, 600, or 605 series conversion power steering box. Features an improved shift lever design and added clearance at the firewall.
Includes new tube, shaft, and floor plate. Accepts 3/4" DD rag joint.
This column is 3 1/2" shorter than stock. The overall housing length from the top of the turn signal housing down to the end of the column housing is 29-1/8".
These brake pedal covers go over your 1955-57 Chevy non-power brake pedals and are retained by 4 allen head button bolts that screw into the back side.
Outside measurement of 6" x 2-3/4" fits 3-1/4" x 1-5/8" original steel pedal.
If youre still running the stock column in your 1957 Chevy car, youll probably need one of these OEM style turn signal switches. They come complete with the male connector body.

These fender well headers provide the ultimate performance for 396-502 big block Chevy V8s in 1955-57 Chevy car applications. They kick up over the frame rail and exit just at the bottom of the cowl, which makes them perfect for Gasser-style rods and drag cars. Plus, these headers feature long primary tubes that help produce more horsepower and torque than shorter, more compact headers.
These headers are not for the faint of heart since you must cut the inner fender panels to make them fit, and tire clearance can be a problem on some applications. They may require smaller front tires to avoid contact. The stock emergency brake rod must also be altered. Can be used with most oil filter systems or transmission and starter combinations. The headers are designed to be used with engines in the stock location, not lowered as many kits do, so all '55-'57 cars should check motor mount positioning before ordering.

- Note: This header actually goes upward from the head instead of down before dropping over the frame rails. From the top of the head flange to the top of the tubes is approximately 9-1/2".

Brake fluid can ruin your master cylinder in just a few years. Stop the problem by using a stainless steel sleeved master cylinder. This is an OEM-style single reservoir master cylinder for many 1955-1966 Chevy applications with drum brakes. Will not work with disc brakes.
Features a 1" bore and has a 7/16"-24 inverted flare port.

This bracket makes it easy to convert to power brakes while keeping the master cylinder level. The bracket is designed to work with 1955-64 Chevrolet A Body and B body passenger cars such as the Bel Air, Biscayne, Impala and Caprice. The booster side of this bracket has the common 3-3/8” center to center both vertical and horizontal.

Note: Depending on the application, this kit, in many cases changes the mechanical advantage or pedal ratio. With power assist less pedal pressure is required and to help eliminate some of the pedal travel the attachment location on the pedal arm may be further from the pivot point. You will need to have a straight alignment of the rod to the assembly and also a straight in alignment of the push rod to the booster.
