    This brake line kit bridges the gap between our stainless steel -3 AN kit, and our steel inverted flare version. It includes a 25 foot roll of 3/16" steel brake line, four 18" stainless steel braided hoses and enough -3 AN fittings to plumb your brake lines. 

    Since we don't know what calipers and master cylinder you will be using, these fittings are sold separately.

    Use these tube nut couplers in conjunction with our tube sleeves (sold seperately) to seal bulkhead fittings to fuel cells, oil tanks and other applications using hard line fitting situations. You need to flare the tube to 37° to match the AN fittings. Not for use with 45° flared lines.

    Made from high-quality steel, these bulkhead adapters from Speedway give you an easy way to connect lines through firewalls or frames.

    These fittings have AN at one end and 10mm-1.5" on the other end. It can be screwed into a GM metric caliper with 10mm-1.5" threads if you use our crush washers (part number 617-3642).

    Our 3/16" stainless steel tubing is made from 304 grade (rated at 6000 psi) which is double annealed to allow easy flaring.

    NOTE: This line is intended to be used in conjunction with 37 degree AN # 3 style fittings which make use of a single flare. Stainless steel line will not work with 45 degree double flare 3/8"-24 flare nuts. We strongly suggest that the 37 degree single flare (flaring tool # 910-89524) be used when flaring this line for the AN # 3 tube nuts and sleeves.

    These proportioning valves are similar to what GM used on many cars in the 70's. They are non-adjustable and may require an adjustable valve in the rear brakes (if needed).     Brake fluid can ruin your master cylinder in just a few years. Stop the problem by using a stainless steel sleeved master cylinder. The sleeve itself will cost you over $90 to have installed by other shops.

    Has the triangular bolt pattern for 1939-1948 Ford and Mercury cars. Has a 1/2"-20 outlet fitting (washer sealed).

    This 3/16" O.D. tubing is thick walled and is very easy to bend when using a lever-type tube bender. Each end has a 45° double flare with a 3/8"-24 male fitting. Seven different lengths available.

    NOTE: This tubing is flared from the factory with a double flare machine, therefore it is not recommended that these lines be cut and flared to length.

    Hydraulic line pressure keeps brake secure. No special linkage. Not recommended for use with silicone brake fluid or as an emergency brake. Features 1/8" NPT female on inlet/outlet.

    Device is generally used to lock the rear brakes. To set the lock, step on the brakes, push the lock knob down, and take your foot off the brake. To release the lock, step on the brake again slightly harder than before and it will release automatically.
