    This new version of Wilwood’s Compact Combination Master Cylinders now features a 3/8-24 banjo outlet. Designed for limited space applications requiring the output capacity of a full size master cylinder. The ultra short 3.37”compact body provides 2.16” of additional clearance between the mounting flange and the fluid outlet. A full 1.12” of piston stroke meets or exceeds the stroke capacity of most full size cylinders. With 1/8” NPT fluid outlet port located at the top radius of the cylinder bore, reduces the chances for trapped air. Enhanced fluid inlet port allows mounting of the standard reservoir included in kit and also contains 11/16-20 internal threads for custom reservoir arrangements. The black E-Coated aluminum body resists corrosion and maintains a durable long lasting finish.

    These 3/16" mild steel "hard" lines bend easily and smoothly with hand tools, already have a double flare on each end, have male fittings threaded 3/8"-24 installed and have a 45° inverted flare.

    Wilwood high-volume aluminum master cylinders have the highest fluid capacity of any integral reservoir design. With a total capacity of 8.2 ounces, there is at least 26% more fluid than most competitive brands. More fluid volume means cooler temperatures and additional insurance for extreme conditions where high pad wear can compromise fluid levels during long events. With 1-7/16" of piston travel, there is plenty of margin when used with large four or six piston calipers.

    An internal slosh baffle guarantees a constant fluid supply to the bore chamber during hard cornering, acceleration and braking. This unique baffle also eliminates aeration into the reservoir from return fluid that can occur during brake release and bleeding procedures.

    • Die-cast from high-grade aluminum
    • Heavy-duty internal piston springs provide fast retraction for immediate release and positive fluid transfer without the need for cumbersome external pushrod springs
    • Pedal feel is improved, piston retraction is guaranteed, fluid recovery is quicker and the bleeding process is simplified
    • Formed steel lids, heavyweight bail wires and bellows type gaskets keep the fluid in and the moisture out with correct pressure balancing during fluid displacement

    Since we don't know what calipers and master cylinder you will be using, these fittings are sold separately.

    These fittings have AN at one end and 10mm-1.5" on the other end. It can be screwed into a GM metric caliper with 10mm-1.5" threads if you use our crush washers (part number 617-3642).

    Our 3/16" stainless steel tubing is made from 304 grade (rated at 6000 psi) which is double annealed to allow easy flaring.

    NOTE: This line is intended to be used in conjunction with 37 degree AN # 3 style fittings which make use of a single flare. Stainless steel line will not work with 45 degree double flare 3/8"-24 flare nuts. We strongly suggest that the 37 degree single flare (flaring tool # 910-89524) be used when flaring this line for the AN # 3 tube nuts and sleeves.

    These proportioning valves are similar to what GM used on many cars in the 70's. They are non-adjustable and may require an adjustable valve in the rear brakes (if needed). Block incorporates metering (for front brakes) and proportioning (for rear brakes) into one unit. For use with front disc, rear drum brake systems.
