Wilwood's new limited offset DP-DB Pro-Series Front Hub Kits for GM 1967-1969 F-Body and 1964-1974 A-Body vehicles offer disc brake upgrade solutions for both OEM Disc & Drum spindles. We have completely redesigned our Pro Series line of brake kits using a larger 11" rotor and new forged aluminum hubs with the express purpose of maintaining the factory wheel position. This new kit widens the track with by only +.19" from original drum brake position, and -.31" from the original disc brake assemblies. Based on the venerable forged billet Dynapro Dust Boot caliper, these kits were developed for applications or locations that require or prefer a dust-booted piston. Dust-booted aluminum pistons provide added protection against road or track born dirt and debris on low to intermediate temperature range applications that may also operate in harsh environments. Most vehicle applications require no modifications for installation, and provide plenty of clearance inside popular 15" wheels. FDL Pro-Series kits can be used with either manual or power boost master cylinders. Kits come complete with calipers, rotors, hub assembly, brackets and hardware. Kit installation requires purchase of additional brake lines shown below.

Direct replacement Throttle Pedal Assemblies for 1962-1972 Chevy II/Nova with ball-milled pads or rubber inserts eliminate the factory rod linkage, are designed to mount in the original firewall location and utilize a modern Lokar Throttle Cable system. The arms are splined for fine adjustment and can be switched for right and left adjustment of the throttle pad, which is spring-loaded and measures 2"x5". For a compact and clean look, Lokar has put a modern bend on classic brake/clutch pedal pads.

When you put modern disc brakes on the front of your 1958-1964 Chevy full-size car (Bel-Air, Biscayne, Impala), you should update the master cylinder as well. Stock 4-wheel drum master cylinders do not have the capacity to supply the proper amount of pressure for front disc brakes. For best results, we recommend using this simple, bolt-on master cylinder booster kit on all front disc brake conversions.

This kit allows you to put front disc brakes on your 1955-64 fullsize Chevy passenger car (Bel-Air, Biscayne, Impala, 150 Series, 210 Series) OEM spindles (will NOT work with dropped spindles). It will work with 14" wheels intended for disc brakes, as well as most 15" (or larger) wheels. Works with 5 on 4-3/4 inch bolt patterns.
