Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I put this on my 69 Chrysler and it is way brighter than those old bulbs, the way the light's move from left to right is very smooth!! Very cool mod!!

does this replace the tail lights with led's or just take existing led tail lights and make them flash sequentially?
