Use this pump on your 289, 302, 351W Ford engine and gain much needed steering and fuel pump clearance. With its passenger side inlet, this pump lets Ford-powered street rods take advantage of less expensive and more available "Chevy outlet position" radiators. Plain steel finish.

  • This pump measures 5-1/2" from mounting surface to pulley mount flange
  • This pump is not for a serpentine belt system
  • The fan hub has a 1-3/4" bolt pattern
  • The lower hose is on the passenger side and accepts a 1-3/4" hose

Nice looking water pump

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Used it on a 23 T bucket with 351 W. It is cast iron, but looks really nice with its black paint job. Easy to install, no problem, passenger side inlet too, however you must use a special aluminum alternator bracket and pully set up to use this pump on a 351 W other wise it will not work right. You will have to look around for them. I did use the special bracket and pullys, works great, looks great too.
