    This pulley has no offset. It fits flat against the balancer edge of the pulley.

Cast aluminum single groove V-belt crankshaft pulley for use with '55-'68 Small Block Chevy short style water pumps.

  1. It may be necessary to shim either or both of the pulleys to achieve perfect belt alignment. There are variances between manufacturers of both water pumps and pulleys.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

When used with a double lower pulley there needs to be spacers to help align and tighten the double pulley to the single pulley. Usually the double pulley is installed on the damper but that produced a significant gap between the single and double pulley. Had to install the single against the damper and then used washers between the double and single pulley. Perhaps there should be tubing spacers of the same metal to fill the void.
