Good or not, time will tell.

This is the second set. One of the hoses in the first set started leaking where the rubber is crimped into the "banjo fitting" end of the hose. It doesn't drip but it stays wet with brake fluid at that spot. It was on the car for three months. I am hoping it was just a fluke with the first set. Car is down for paint right now and won't know more until spring.
Pros:
  • Fit great
  • Good price
Cons:
  • leaks
Yes, I recommend this product.

Yes these brake hoses will work in conjunction with the bolt on 9" Ford disc brake kit 91031902. The calipers in that kit require 7/16-20 inlet fittings which these hoses have as well.

Sorry we do not offer a rubber hose like this with a 7/16" thread size on the frame end. We do offer a stainless braided line kit 6178562 and 6178565 which have a 7/16" banjo for the caliper end. Be sure to pick the correct thread pitch. Then you will also need frame adapters 6174016 in order to connect a 7/16" x 24 inverted flare brake line. Those frame adapters will be needed since the ones included in the brake line kit are for 3/8" x 24 inverted flare brake lines.
