    Notes
This flywheel will work with 10-1/2" B & B or diaphragm style pressure assemblies. Has a 6" cutout on the back side and has 3 cap bolts that overlap on the ring gear.

These Ram 10 lb. racing flywheels are made of billet steel, not a cast stock piece cut down. Will work with 10.5" B&B or diaphram style pressure plates. These flywheels MUST use a solid hub friction plate (sprung hubs will not clear).

Note: This flywheel requires very short bolts for mounting, as it is very 'thin' in the center. Use ARP flexplate bolts # 101-2002902.

Very easily and accidently stripped one of the threads, was able to chase tap through from the other side, but be careful when installing the clutch

Nice piece but....

By Racer23 from Eastern Shore, VA on 10/23/2011
Pros:
Lightweight, Quality was good
Cons:
Lack of information
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The first one sent came in with the P/N for 55-85 stamped right in it but was the later model flywheel, second one came right, bolted it up with the recommended ARP bolts and found the springs in the clutch disc hub hit the bolts...after researching the problem found that you must use a springless disc for this flywheel...flywheel is good quality and light, however I can't use it with the centerforce DF clutch setup I intend to use. No information about this on speedway or almost any other speedshop including RAM's own site so buyer beware, you must use a specific clutch disc.

Q:

Is the weight of this flywheel exactly 10 lbs or is it a little more or less? I know I have a flywheel that says it is a certain weight but it was actually a pound more.
