Yes there is a latch stud included in the box.

Thank you for your recent reply to my inquiry. It was unfortunatly lacking and franky insulting. I had asked about the dimensions of this latch. I have read the web site already and would would appreciate a response with more info than what is ALREADY on the web site. Total length, width, and thickness. You know, like the dimensions.

Latch is 1" wide by .059" thick. by 4" over all length Mounting plate is 2" wide at widest point and 2-7/16" long by .051" thick Comes with Stud(clip) bolt 10-24(3/16") x 1" long Washer is 1-1/4" od

This is a spring loaded 1 piece design latch. Simply pull locking tab to fasten over post and spring holds tight. These are sold as each
