What's in the Box

Fits all Small Block Chevy blocks. Fits Powerglide, 350 and 400 transmissions, clears 153 tooth flexplate. SFI 30.1 certified. Fits between the transmission and the motor, safety shield slides inside transmission. Makes changing motor transmission easier. Zinc plated.

Explosion proof bellhousing for Chevy, Olds, Buick and Pontiac. Dual starter pockets, places starter either side of engine. Works with standard mechanical linkage, cable linkage or hydraulic linkage.

Bellhousing will fit Chevy V8 (1962-1992), some Chevy V6 (1962-1992), Oldsmobile and Pontiac V8 (1964-1992), and Buick V8 (1967-1980).

Hole in center will not fit some Saginaw transmissions out of trucks which have a larger nose flange. You'll need a different flange or machine your current one.

Explosion proof bellhousing for 1958 and later Chevy, Olds, Buick and Pontiac. Dual starter pockets, places starter either side of engine. Use standard, cable or hydraulic linkage. Fits all popular GM transmissions except T-5.

This bellhousing is not SFI rated. This part will fit 1962-1992 Chevy V8 and some Chevy V6 (1962-1992). Will fit Oldsmobile and Pontiac V8, and some V6 (1965-1992). And will fit Buick V8 and some V6 (1967-1980).

Transmission patterns - Saginaw, Muncie, T-10 and T-505.

If you are running a motor plate you need a set of these extra long dowel pins. Overall length of 1-9/16" and made of steel. S/B Chevy and B/B Chevy.


 

 

 

Quick Time RM-6023 Chevy V8 to T-56 Adapter Bellhousing
                        

This steel bellhousing from Quick Time mates a Small Block Chevy, Big Block Chevy, or LT1 to your LS-1 1998-2005 T-56 6-speed transmission. You must use a hydraulic throwout clutch release bearing as there is no provision for mechanical linkage. Includes an engine plate, accepts up to an 11" clutch, and works with 153 or 168 tooth flywheels.
