The Pro shocks in this coilover kit are 3-way adjustable that range from soft for lighter cars, a plush ride or the firm setting for heavy cars and a more aggressive feel.

These coil overs have a threaded lower portion with the adjuster ring for setting proper ride height. The shock needs to be nearly centered in it’s stroke at ride height to allow 50-60 percent of the stroke for compression when encountering a bump. The adjuster ring should be ¼ to 1/3 up the threads to achieve this and is dictated by the weight of the vehicle and the proper spring rate. An example is proper ride height but the adjuster ring is all the way at the bottom of the threads. In this scenario the spring rate is too heavy. The opposite would be the adjuster ring being ½ way up the threads or more and in this case the spring rate would be too light.

The spring rates are 375 for the small block and 500 for the big block applications. The valving is 50/50 for equal dampening for compression and rebound.

These coilovers will fit most control arms but some modification to the arms (especially aftermarket control arms) may be necessary. Sorry we have never tried these on the control arms that you mention but I'm certain they can be fitted to them as long as you are ok with doing some modification as necessary.
