Put 40 Below in my 1928 Pontiac Street Rod with a 455ci engine. Dropped my highway running temp 20 degrees. In town temp down 30 degrees. Great Stuff.
This product may be fine but did not work for my vehicle, but had to try.
I've only had this product in the radiator about a month so far no over heating issues. I was getting over heating problems with my 50 chevy pickup, when I would sit idling. The truck has a 305 with an electric fan because of space. I added this product and put a higher pound radiator cap and it seems to have worked.
Had trouble keeping my 350 cu in engine in my 38 chevrolet COOL added the 40 Below and now no boil overs and temperature stays around 200. GREAT PRODUCT THANKS

I have three questions. how much do you add ?Does it work with anti-freeze,and will it freeze? Thanks................Gus

1.) How much do you add? Use as follows: one 30 oz. can for a small block Chevy, two 30 oz. cans for a big block Chevy, or if you have a cooling capacity of 4 gallons or less, one 30 oz. can will do. If over a 4 gallon cooling system you will need two 30 oz. cans. 2.) Will it work with antifreeze? The manufacture states the following : -Not to be used with any propylene glycol antifreeze -Not to be used with stop leak or radiator/block sealer -Best if used with distilled water -OK to use with ethylene glycol antifreeze 3.) Will it freeze? Yes it will freeze.
