I have a 1939 Chysler and the flywheel is 146 tooth. I believe this starter will work on my engine. the bolt hole patteren center to center is 4 and a quater inch. Do you think this starter will work? If I buy it and it doesn't fit can I return it?

This starter is for the '57 to '58 Hemi that has a 172 tooth flywheel which would be a larger diameter flywheel than the 146 in your '39. Sorry we do not offer the correct starter for you application.
