Answer this question
A:
Our solid motor mounts are designed to be used with the solid frame mounts number 54562630. To try and use the OEM rubber block mounts with our solid frame mounts there would need to be considerable modification to the frame mounts. The majority of the material above the bolt hole sleeve would have to be removed to enable the rubber motor mount to slide down over the frame mount far enough to get the bolt in place in the sleeve. If wanting the frame mounts for a specific application to use in conjunction with the OEM style rubber block mounts you may want to try your GM dealer or local salvage yard. The frame mounts are NOT the same from various years, makes, and models.

will these mounts work on a 454

Answer this question
A:
Part number 54562515
Designed for circle track racing and small block applications they do carry the same bolt pattern for the big block applications such as the 454. This will work with a stationary frame mount and will not work on the frame mounts that have the rubber or urethane cushion.
