Part number 91052841 Installation of a bear jaw latch will require drilling the door shell for the attachment bolts and also opening up or notching the shell for access of the striker pin into the latch. Just like on a modern day car if you open the door and compare to how the latch is mounted in the door. You will also need to drill the body for the striker pin and if a cage nut is used riveting or welding it in place. The mini latch mentioned is mainly for our T bucket applications and for the model A the slim line latch number 91052862 and the corresponding striker and cage nut would be recommended.
