These precision made 4" drop axles accept 1937-48 Ford spindles and have 2-1/4" axle bosses. Tube axles are constructed using 1018 forged steel ends welded to 2" x .250" wall, 1018 seamless tubing and are set up with 1-1/4 degrees positive camber.

When the axle-ends are forged I guess they are weldable with a "normal" fillerrod ?
