This adapter allows you to use a shifter knob that has a 3/8"-16 or 3/8"-24 thread. By pushing straight down on the knob, you can shift gears but retain the original safety features.

TYPICAL LOKAR- Good and bad

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Typical Lokar, excellent machining and quality. VERY POOR DIRECTIONS, and the customer service isn't any better. They simply don't care. You need to use some sort of locking compound on the set screws, or believe me they will fall out in no time. No mine didn't, Ive been building cars for too long, and used the locking compound before I was left on the side of the road.
