Q & A

What's in the Box

Equal partners in a smooth-riding leaf spring suspension are quality shocks and friction-free movement of the spring leafs. This special compound of poly-vinyl plastic has a very "slippery" surface which works as a permanent dry lubricant to eliminate interleaf friction and squeaking. It also features a small lip to keep it in place.

One 20 ft. roll does one cross spring. Liner is less than 1/16" thick.

Only complaint is you should roll it in the opposite direction for storage and shipment. As it is the material takes a set, makes you install it with the lip up to catch and hold water, if you try and install it with the lip down it wrinkles and looks like dirt, and I even tried leaving it stretched out in the Arizona sun all day, still had to install it with the lip up to avoid the lip from wrinkling because of the set from the way it was rolled
Yes, I recommend this product.

2" for a 2' spring? My springs are exactly 2" wide. Is this the size to run or do I go with the wider material to account for the lips on the sides?
