Let's face it. You are limited on your choices of a top for your roadster. It's either try to find original irons to rebuild or spend big bucks for a custom top. We offer this superb set of top irons that you can install yourself and have ready for your upholstery shop. When done, this top will fold down just like an original, or can be folded up and stored in the trunk.

Extra holes have been drilled to allow for the differences in body and windshield dimensions and to allow for stock or chopped windshields.
The top can be lifted off in one piece, folded down like originals or stored in the trunk.
This top iron assembly is manufactured to fit all Ford Roadsters from 1928-1932. It will probably fit other makes as well. This kit will also fit Ford Roadster pick-ups from 1928-1934.

Complete kit. Installed easy. Thought I was missing parts until I searched thru fine print and realized the mounting brackets are NOT supplied due to versatility of autos unit can be installed on. Made my own and they came out great.

This top will fit most roadsters...I used it on a 1923 by making a lot of modifications but it really wasn't difficult to do...I changed out some of the hardware and put the rear bow on the front and the front on the rear to get the right shape...I used 1928 ford side brackets to mount on as they have an offset to the outside of the car...I had to make some pins on the top of the windshield to mount on and this was the most difficult part but I did it with some aluminum bar stock and it seems to be working Ok...

This Top Iron assembly is manufactured to fit all Ford Roadsters from 1928 thru 1932, and will probably fit other makes as well. However it would be up to the installer to determine if it would fit a 27 Ford roadster. Extra holes have been drilled to allow for the differences in body and windshield dimensions and to allow for stock or chopped windshields.

Part # 91655803 This top kit will only work on the straight OEM style windshield frames. With a multitude of adjustments body width, height of windshield, and drivers height can all be compensated for. For use with the Duvall windshield frame you would need to manufacturer the front windshield header as the Duvall is NOT straight across. The fabric and covering would come from your nearest auto upholstery shop.

Part # 91655803 This top has a multitude of adjustments and the bows could be shortened in order to be more versatile. Originally designed for the wider body Model A’s thru 1934 it would require narrowing for the 26 model roadster but could be done. We do not offer the material or other hardware as there would be too many variables. You may also be interested in our basic T bucket top number 91655801.
