Q & A

What's in the Box

These "knockoff" hub covers are designed to mount on the flat face of "mag" or "Halibrand" style wheels. They are held on by the same long-shank lug nuts that hold the wheel on. The lug nuts are concealed behind the cover which is held on by the knockoff.

Most current wheels don't use the long shank lugs. To mount these on wheels not using the long-shank mag nuts, you will have to drill and tap holes on the face of the wheel and provide your own screws to mount the base plates.

Highly polished cast aluminum construction. Set of four.

Sorry I do not offer individual pieces of these kits separately. From time to time I will have a returned or damaged kit that may not be complete listed on the Garage Sale section of the website. You may want to keep an eye on that for something to pop up. Sorry I have these are made specifically for me so I don't have a good place to send you for individual replacement items.

We apologize but this particular set of spinners only come in 4 ½ and 4 ¾ bolt patterns. If you search our website we offer several wheel spinners from which to choose. One is item number 63473515 and is just entering wheel spinners in the search window will bring up several more of which some accommodate 4 ½ to 5 on 5.

Using Basset Wheels Would like to use the spinners on Basset type wheels, what would I need to do to fit the spinners on this wheels. Doing a custom build and want different look of wheel and want to use the spinners on this build. Thank you, Bill

Spinner kit # 92558941 is a kit basically designed for the Halibrand or Weld style mag wheels with the long shank lug nuts. Most current wheels don't use the long shank lugs. To mount these on wheels not using the long-shank mag nuts, you will have to drill and tap holes on the face of the wheel and provide your own screws to mount the base plates. We do offer some other kits that may work better under number 63473506 which may work better on the different wheels.

These knockoff hub covers are designed to work with mag type wheels using long shank lug nuts. Use on other style of wheels will require drilling and tapping holes on the face of wheel to hold base plate in place.

No, the base plate is designed to mount on the front side of "Mag" or "Halibrand" style wheels. They are held on by the same long-shank lug nuts that hold the wheel on. The lug nuts are concealed behind the cover which is held on by the knockoff. To mount these on wheels not using the long-shank mag lug nuts, you will have to drill and tap holes on the face of the wheel and provide your own screws to mount the base plates.
