Wiring diagram for the 60amp alternator Fitting to a Hot Rod/ COE truck with a small block 302 Ford engine. I ahve fitted one of your 60amp units, but would like to make it a one wire connection. Have you got any wiring details please.

It is not possible to convert this to a 1 wire alternator. For a one wire see alternator part number 91067156 or 9107068. This alternator must be used with an external regulator. It will need to be wired as follows: - Terminal with red grommet connects to "A" terminal on regulator. - Terminal with brown grommet (next to rear bearing) connects to "F" terminal on regulator. - Terminal with black grommet connects to "S" terminal on regulator. - The terminal with no grommet is a case ground. - The "I" terminal on the regulator (not supplied) will be connected to a 12 volt ignition source.
