Isky small block Chevy solid roller camshaft for ASCS 360 sprint cars. Correctly built this camshaft will produce 660 driveable horsepower. Tapped 9/16"-18 for rear accessory drive.

The answer to your question is yes. The camshaft will work with standard or off set lifters. the off set lifters are normally used when the push rod has been moved from it's stock position due to larger and or changed intake runner positions.
