Q & A

What's in the Box

Wouldn't it be nice to have a tilt column in your Mustang and still be able to use your original steering wheel? These columns bolt to the original dash mount and include a new lower column mount. The wiring is also easy to hook-up. Requires you to modify the original input shaft on the steering box and you will need coupler 446-3449 that is sold separately.

  • Plain unpainted steel finish
  • Accepts stock steering wheels
  • Self-Canceling Turn Signals
  • 8-Position Tilt
  • 4-Way Flashers
  • Knobs and Handles
  • Ford Turn Signal Switch
  • Ford Top Shaft
  • Floor Mount included
  • 3/4"-36 Lower Shaft

446-6466 Instructions (PDF)

Note: Steering wheel not included.

This column is listed as a direct bolt in for the 1964-66 Mustang and does not include the Fairlane. For a 1967 Fairlane application we suggest contacting Ididit for availability and nearest vendor.
