In the IMCA modified class it's approved to use 5/8" rod ends instead of original outer tie rod ends. When used with the adapter stud listed, this set-up allows you to easily adjust the steering geometry. Includes OEM type inner tie rod, steel adjusting sleeve, 5/8" rod end and jam nuts.

Rods available in 17-1/2", 18-1/2", 19-1/2", 20-1/2" and 21-1/2" center to center.

5/8" steel tube replacements available in 9", 10", 11", 12" and 13".

Much better than OEM even. Detroit should have used this design

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

instead of notching the frame on my bagged and body dropped s10 i use these to lower my control tie rods and they work perfect
